The Sharpening Company have provided this website free of charge to you the customer for your convenience. From time to time we will have to make updates to the website and apologise for any inconvenience. There can be problems arising from the Internet which we cannot account for and may cause log in or connection issues. We aim to provide a simple and easy method of resharpening your equipment online with the least amount of inconvenience.

Cost

All prices are inclusive of P&P unless specified, and VAT.

Delivery

All items will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail, special delivery or courier, depending on size of the package and value. Your package will be dispatched to the address details you have provided. we apologise for any delay in receiving your goods due to any postal problems that are beyond our control.

Work

All work carried out by The Sharpening Company is guaranteed. Any complaints or problems with the work carried out by us must be raised immediately. We will be happy to rectify any defects immediately and free of charge, but this must be done within a sensible time scale from when the work was carried out.

All work under taken and pricing is subject to the The Sharpening Companies discretion.

The Sharpening Company has the right to decline work it considers inappropriate or too soiled that may interfere with the quality of our standard of finish. Whilst we endeavour to provide first class service we may have to decline or postpone work it considers impractical to carry out efficiently.

Payment

Payment of all work should be made through the website prior to us carrying it out or upon receiving your goods accompanied with your payment. Any delay of payment will be subject to a 3% surcharge after notification and a 14 day period.
